A multiphase residential community approved for 802 homes, a school and a small commercial center. Installed the underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drains, dry utilities), well and tank, field drainage and backfilled gas line trenches.

A 240-acre master plan community. Installed underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drains, dry utilities) and off-site water.
Nipomo Community Service District
Installed 2.5 miles of 16-inch ductile iron and 1320 feet of 16-inch HDPE water trunk
main.
Hearst Castle
Emergency repair/replacement of a 2.25-mile road for the State of California. Subcontracted to replace storm drains while preserving historical landmarks.
